Pre-Departure Week at the DAAD Offices in South Asia
As students holding acceptance letters from universities in Germany prepare to begin their summer-semester academic journeys, the DAAD offices in New Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Colombo, and Dhaka are hosting Pre-Departure Meets to guide and support them.
First steps in a new country and environment can be daunting, but the DAAD Pre-Departure Meets will support students through it all. They will provide essential information on visa procedures, accommodation options, student life and much more. At the same time, tips and tricks for making the transition period seamless culturally will also be shared through presentations and interactive activities about real-life situations the students might face in Germany.
Students can have all their questions about moving to Germany answered while also connecting with peers who are about to embark on the same exciting journey.
