Funding Opportunities for Academicians, Professors, Researchers, Scientists and DAAD Alumni

DAAD is pleased to invite professors, scientists, researchers and DAAD alumni for an online Information Session on various DAAD funding schemes and Alumni offers for the South Asia region (India, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka). The presentation will be followed by an interactive Q & A time.

Research Stay and Re-invitation

  • Research Stays for University Academics and Scientists 2024: University teachers and established academics and scientists from all subject fields are welcome to apply for short-term research stays in Germany.
  • Re-Invitation Programme for Former Scholarship Holders 2024: DAAD alumni are welcome to apply for the DAAD grant that supports short-term research stays for DAAD alumni and helps them to re-connect with Germany.

Application Deadline: 3 April 2024
(Selection will take place in June 2024. Funding starts in August 2024)
