Eight DAAD Scholarship Awardees felicitated at the Alumni Networking Reception

Eight candidates from Sri Lanka who were awarded DAAD scholarships in 2023 for Masters and PhD studies in Germany were presented with certificates by H.E. Holger Seubert, the Ambassador of Federal Republic of Germany to Sri Lanka and Maldives at the Alumni Networking Reception organised by the German Embassy Colombo on the occasion of the 70 years of diplomatic relations between Sri Lanka and Germany on Friday, 26th May 2023 at the Ambassador’s Lodge, German Embassy Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Anthoney Tishani Wathsala De Silva and Santhirasekaram Keerthanan were awarded DAAD PhD scholarships to study at Universität Hohenheim, Stuttgart and Universität Wuppertal respectively while Pavithra Wijethunga, Loku Weerasekarage Nuwani Vishaka, Pavani Thathsarani Padmabandu, Kehelwatte Gedara Isanka Udayakantha, Chalani Chathurangani, Radampolagamage, Patikirige Nirmani Priyadarshana were awarded DAAD Masters Scholarships at various universities across Germany.
