DAAD Sri Lanka at the Celebration of the Day of German Unity
The chief guest for the evening was Hon. Hanif Yusoof, the Governor of the Western Province of Sri Lanka. H.E. Dr. Felix Neumann, Ambassador of Germany to Sri Lanka in his speech highlighted the importance of the day for all of Germany and how Sri Lanka and Germany could work together in the future.
DAAD Sri Lanka was also present at this occasion alongside other German partner organisations, i.e. Goethe-Institut Sri Lanka, Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Sri Lanka (AHK Sri Lanka), GIZ Sri Lanka Friedrich Naumann Foundation, Sri Lanka and DVV International. During this evening of festivities, the invitees interacted with the German Partner organizations and gained valuable insights about them.
